Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain digital marketing platforms of the Company, enhance user experience and drive traffic, generate business leads and produce analytical reports

Requirements:

Human Resources & Administration Officer

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions covering the employment life cycle including but not limited to talent acquisition, on boarding and off-boarding, compensation and benefits, maintenance of HRIS, implementation of HR policies and other HR projects
  • Handle all-rounded recruitment including from understanding the hiring needs, job ads posting, screening resumes, interview candidates, job offering to on-boarding arrangement
  • Perform payroll functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, ORSO/MPF, tax returns and other C&B related matters for Hong Kong and China
  • Handle all aspects of benefits administration including leave management and group medical and life insurance scheme
  • Ensure employee data integrity, create and maintain up-to-date staff record in HRIS as well as the filing system
  • Provide support on annual exercises include manpower planning, annual budget, performance management, salary and bonus review
  • Prepare various HR reports and analytics for management review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' solid experience in HR & Admin. for Hong Kong and China
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and China Labour Law
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Experience in using Vlookup and Pivot Table are essential

Internal Audit Manager

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director, Internal Audit to prepare annual audit plan and internal audit strategy
  • Conduct audit planning such as preliminary review of the systems and procedures used within assigned audit scope
  • Conduct audit assignments including planning, as-is process analysis, risk assessment, business control design and effectiveness evaluation
  • Prepare audit reports and provide valued-added recommendations to strengthen the control environment
  • Perform follow up review and evaluate the implementation status of audit recommendations to monitor effectiveness
  • Act as coordinator between Management and External Auditor
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and investigations as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting/Economics or equivalent. Members of either HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia / AICPA
  • Qualified CIA is required. Candidates with other related qualifications i.e. CISA, CISSP will definitely be an advantage
  • Minimum 4 years audit experience gained in sizable professional firms
  • Hands on experience in internal audit, risk management and internal control
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua

IT Engineer (Application & Support)

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, design, and develop in-house applications, system testing and end user support
  • Modify existing systems to meet with business requirements
  • Perform system design, testing and user acceptance test, etc
  • Sound knowledge in System Development Life Cycle and follow with Change Management Process

IT Engineer (Infrastructure & Security)

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT administration and technical support for IT infrastructure, including but not limited to security appliances, firewalls, network switch, routers, Access Points, SAN Storage, NAS backup solution, Patch Management, Exchange Server, IP phone and VDI etc.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software or other network/infrastructure and system problems
  • Perform scheduled network & system tasks, monitoring network servers and providing in-depth support on network, infrastructure and security appliances etc.
  • Implement IT projects
  • Review security logs and implement fixes
  • Provide system documentations
  • Support company IT audit and compliance

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year hands on experience in network and infrastructure systems (e.g. Firewall, SAN, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, & Windows Servers)
  • CCNA / CISSP is preferred
  • Experience with administering information security appliances or tools
  • Experience with administering and maintaining various network appliances, servers and Operating System including Windows 2016/2019 & Active Directory
  • Hands on experience in System Security Hardening and vulnerability assessment is preferred
  • Knowledge of container technology, like Docker

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer day-to-day operation and all-rounded technical support in IT network and infrastructure
  • Responsible for network and related projects implementation and product evaluation
  • Design and maintain system, network and infrastructure (e.g. Network Switch, Firewalls, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Email, SAN Storage, Internet and Windows servers, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Define the business technology roadmap of the data services that supports the business strategy
  • Manage the Data Services Operations team and build the infrastructure team for the business
  • Work closely with business partners to expand the coverage and scope of the data services
  • Manage the relationship with the technology vendor and equipment suppliers
  • Network and system principle design, installation, commissioning and technical consultancy

  • Experience running large scale of infrastructure compose of satellite and fibre network
  • Experience running service provider grade 24x7 operations
  • Experience with the Maritime VSAT communications systems, or equivalent preferred

This position takes high-level responsibilities and reports to the CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and lead the Finance and Company Secretarial Functions
  • Play a key role in the management team and to support the CFO in meeting its strategic objectives by ensuring appropriate levels of financial and management supports, managing all external and internal relations, and financial control in pursuit of achieving corporate goal and creating shareholder value
  • Develop and establish strategies on financial planning and resources, control, treasury management and tax planning
  • Manage all the financial activities in the company and support the financial analysis of strategic projects/investments
