In form of ordinary shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. On 28th January 2008, the delisting of the American Depositary Shares (ADSs, each ADS representing 10 ordinary shares) from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) became effective.

NOTES: Despite the delisting, Asia Satellite Telecommunications Holdings Limited (AsiaSat Holdings) is currently registered under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It is still required to comply with the periodic disclosure requirements of the Exchange Act, such as filing its annual report under Form 20-F and promptly disclosing material information to the market, until AsiaSat Holdings is deregistered from the SEC. Once AsiaSat Holdings meets the requirements for deregistration, it intends to file for deregistration.
